乳幼児健診は、子供の健やかな成長のために母子保健法で定められている公的事業の一つです。第一の目的は子供の病気や異常を早い時期に見つける事ですが、普段、気になっている事を解消するいいチャンスでもありますので、積極的に活用して、お気軽にご相談下さい。
また、インターナショナルスクールなどで指示される、就学前および定期学童健診も行っておりますので、ご利用下さい。
Child Health Checks are one of our services - (required by Japan's Maternal and Child Health Act) - to help your child' s healthy growth - please don't hesitate to visit us so that during this process we can first identify any disease or abnormality that your child may have at an early stage and in addition this is a good chance to resolve any concerns or anxieties you may have after discussions with usWe also offer a regular general child health check service for pre and post school entrance - for example as required by international schools
乳幼児健診時期：通常は、以下の年齢で健診を行います。（ご希望があれば、他の年齢でも健診可能です。）
Health Check Timing usually children are required to undertake these checks per below - (of course in addition to these you may visit at any time)
１ヶ月、3-4ヶ月、6-7ヶ月、9-10ヶ月、1歳6ヶ月、3歳
at age 1 month, 3-4 months, 6-7 months, 9-10 months, at1.5 years, at 3 years当院で使用可能な健診無料券：以下の健診無料券が有効ですので、お名前や住所、質問事項内容などをご記入の上、ご持参下さい。

age 9-10 months - available for all Tokyo residents1歳6ヶ月（港区の無料券のみ有効です）
age 18-24 months - available only for Minato-ku residents健診は、全て予約制です。

お子様の氏名、生年月日等、保護者記入欄は、あらかじめ全てご記入ください。（鉛筆、シャープペンシルは不可）記入のない場合は、お受けできません。
