当院は予約優先制です。
予約無しでも受診できますが、皆様の待ち時間短縮と待合室の混雑・感染防止のため、出来るだけご予約をお願い申し上げます。（患者様の重症度などにより、多少順番が前後する場合がありますのでご了承下さい）
Appointment prior to walk-in. To save your time please try to make an appointment before arriving. Patients who visit us without an appointment but without an emergency will be seen but must be prepared for a longer waiting time.

受診の30日前から当日まで予約可能です。

まずは受付に保険証をご提出ください。問診票をお渡ししますのでお待ちいただく間にご記入をお願いします。
必要に応じて検査を行い、お薬処方などを行います。心配なことがあれば何でも医師またはスタッフにお気軽にご相談ください。
■院内マスク着用のお願い
院内では、お子様への感染予防のため、付き添いの方々も含めて、全員にマスク着用をお願いし致します。マスクお忘れの場合、院内では１枚100円での購入になります。このため、受診時にはマスクをご持参ください。小さなお子様など、特別な事情でマスク着用が出来ない方はスタッフにお声がけ下さい。
Everyone (except for Baby, Disability), Please wear a Mask to Prevent Hospital infections. If you forgot to bring a Mask, please buy it for 100 yen at Flow East clinic. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our hospital infection control.
■受診直前や院内での飲食はご遠慮ください。
Please don't feed your child for at that 30 minutes before seeing your Dr. and please don't set in our waiting area - thank you.
※診察によって嘔吐する場合や、お口の中に物が入っていると診察できないことがあります。
Any food-intake may cause your child to vomit.
■伝染病の疑いがある場合は、来院時に受付にお申し出ください。
If you suspect your child may have any severe infection, please inform our reception staff - thank you.
体に発疹がある、耳の下が腫れている、など 。
infectious diseases may include such symptoms as body rash or swelling of glands under ears.

お1人ずつお呼びします。
診察室、診療室はプライバシーが保たれ、衛生管理もしっかりしておりますので安心して受診していただけます。
心配なことがあれば何でも医師またはスタッフにご相談ください。
▽お会計
受付でお会計を承りますのでそのまま待合室でおまちください。
※大変申し訳ございません。現在はクレジットカードは使えません、お支払いは現金のみとなります。
※共有部での待機やベビーカーの放置はご遠慮ください。
※Please neither wait outside our designated patient area, nor leave your buggy in any common space - thank you.
スペースが限られていますので、ベビーカーは当院の前に必ずたたんで置いてください。
Please do fold your buggy and leave near our door - thank you.※美化に協力をお願いいたします。
※Please help to keep our building clean and tidy.
ゴミの持ち帰りをお願いします。オムツは、トイレやビル内のゴミ箱にお捨てにならずにお持ち帰り下さい。
Please take any litter home with you. Please don't dispose of diapers in our bathroom nor anywhere in our building - thank you.※共有部を汚された場合は受付にお声がけください。
※If your children make dirty any area of our building, please just inform our reception staff.
エレベータやフロアを嘔吐などにより汚された場合はすぐに教えてください 。
