当院で接種可能な予防接種 ：日本で認可されているワクチンのみです。

＊健診と同時に予防接種を受けることもできます。この場合は、ワクチンをご予約の際に、"健診"も希望とご記入下さい。
Parents may book general health check (GHC) + any vaccination together: please include GHC request in vaccination box.

＊持参するもの ：母子健康手帳、診察券、予防接種無料券（東京23区在住の方）

1. 予防接種により推奨年令が決まっていますので、各区の予防接種スケジュールでご確認下さい。接種スケジュールは、お気軽に医師とご相談下さい。

   Please check your selected vaccination recommended timing from Tokyo 23-ku. please don't hesitate to request vaccination schedule from your Dr.

   
   
2. いずれも副作用はほとんどありませんが、ご心配な場合は、予診の際に医師にご相談下さい。
   Although vaccinations may produce only minor changes in your child - please do consult your Dr if you are concerned.

   
   
3. 保育園に入園する予定、外国に行く予定などがある場合は、早めに接種しましょう。

   If you are planning to take your children to nursery or overseas, please accelerate all relevant vaccinations before doing so.

   
   
4. 23区に在住の方は、各区の無料券が使えます。必要事項を記入の上、ご持参下さい。

   All Tokyo residents may use free vaccination coupons at Flow East : please fill them in at home and don't forget to bring them with you - thank you.

   
   
5. 保護者の方が付き添えない場合は、必ず、予防接種記録票に保護者の署名をして、お持ち下さい。

   If your children are not accompanied by their parents, please don't forget to include your signed and filled-in vaccination forms.

   
   
6. 接種後は、予防接種による体調の変化がないか様子をみます。来院の際は、十分時間に余裕をみておいで下さい。

   After vaccination, please remain near Flow East for at least 20 minutes to observe any change in your child.
